Subscription Terms (Subscribe & Save)
What you are signing up for. When you choose Subscribe & Save on a product, you are purchasing an automatically renewing subscription. Your payment method is charged the subscription price shown at checkout for your selected product and quantity, at the delivery frequency you selected (for example, every 30 days), on a recurring basis, until you cancel. The subscription price and any discount applied to it are displayed on the product page and at checkout before you subscribe.
No minimum commitment. There is no minimum number of orders. You can cancel after your first order or at any time after that.
How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time, in either of two ways:
- Click the Manage Subscription link in your subscription confirmation email or in any upcoming-order reminder email, or
- Log in to your account on morningside-naturals.com and open Manage Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. No phone call is required and no reason is required. If you need help, you can also contact us and we will cancel for you.
Orders already in processing. If your renewal order has already been billed and is being prepared for shipment when you cancel, that order will still ship. You will not be charged for any orders after that.
Pausing and skipping. You can also pause your subscription or skip a delivery from the same Manage Subscription portal instead of cancelling.
Price changes. If the price of your subscription ever changes, we will notify you by email before the new price takes effect, with clear instructions on how to cancel if you do not want to continue.
Refunds. Our standard Refund Policy applies to subscription orders the same way it applies to one-time orders.
