6-Month Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you have six (6) months from the purchase date to receive a full, 100% refund of the product price — no questions asked.

No need to return the product
To make this truly easy, you do not need to ship the product back. If you prefer, you may give it away to a friend, donate it, or dispose of it. We’ll still issue your full refund.


How to Request a Refund

To request your refund, please contact us by filling out the Contact Form at the bottom of our website. Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for refund (optional)

If you prefer, you may also email us directly at jeff@morningside-naturals.com — but using the website contact form helps us process requests fastest.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review and process your refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method; the exact posting time depends on your bank or card issuer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please let us know via the contact form or by emailing jeff@morningside-naturals.com. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.


What’s Not Covered

Our 6-month satisfaction guarantee applies to product purchases only. The following items are excluded from this policy:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products
